Our supply chain
CSDS operates an integrated supply chain that moves agricultural products from Cambodia's farms to institutional buyers — safely, consistently, and traceably. Six stages, one standard.
Contract Farming & Sourcing
We work with 5,000+ farming families and 32 Agriculture Cooperatives across 25 provinces. Through contract farming we provide stable demand, fair pricing, input guidance, and GAP training.
Quality Control & Standards
Every batch is inspected against food-safety standards before entering our chain. We pursue GAP certification, hygiene compliance, and full traceability — with QA at every checkpoint.
Cold-Chain Logistics
Refrigerated trucks maintain standardized temperature control from farm to warehouse to customer — preserving freshness, extending shelf life, and reducing post-harvest loss.
Warehousing & Packaging
At our central Phnom Penh facility, products are received, sorted, cleaned, packed, and stored in managed cold rooms — meeting hotel, supermarket, and export-grade standards.
Wholesale Distribution
We deliver daily to 400+ institutional buyers — restaurants, hotels, schools, supermarkets, bakeries, cruise ships, gyms, and caterers — across Phnom Penh and the provinces.
